Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This is a private, self-hosted instance of Postiz operated by Pinedrift Interactive. It is single-user and is not offered to the public.

2. What data is processed

The instance stores the operator's own account details (email address and a hashed password), the content the operator schedules, and OAuth access tokens issued by connected social media platforms. Basic profile information (such as account name, identifier and avatar) is retrieved from connected platforms so that connected channels can be displayed.

3. Why it is processed

Solely to schedule and publish the operator's own content to the operator's own connected accounts, and to display basic analytics for those posts.

4. Where it is stored

All data is stored in a self-hosted database controlled by the operator. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is retained until the operator deletes it. Disconnecting a channel removes its stored access tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the settings of the connected platform.

6. Third parties

Content and requests are sent to the social media platforms the operator chooses to connect. Each platform's own privacy policy governs the data it receives.
